Earthquake!
A major earthquake struck Christchurch, a major city in my country, just before 1 this afternoon. Damage is extensive and multiple fatalities have been reported. I'm outside the area hit (living in Dunedin), but seeing the aftermath on the television has affected me greatly. Seeing the damage to Christchurch Cathedral was like a punch to the gut.
